Confidentiality

All information provided by clients, whether by email, telephone or in writing, will be held in the strictest confidence. A signed release is required prior to releasing any personal information to another person, unless required by law.

When purchasing an Akashic Records Clearing (ARC)/DNA Activation, the Clearing & Activation notes will be sent to the email address provided during the shopping cart checkout, unless otherwise requested. When purchasing an Akashic Records Clearing/DNA Activation for another person, the Clearing & Activation notes will be sent to the email address of the person who made the purchase, unless an alternate email address is provided and it is requested that the notes be sent to that email address. Because the ARC/DNA is done by distance, the confidentiality extends to the person who purchases the ARC/DNA unless otherwise requested.

Purchase Policy

Purchases of healing services and programs, including but not limited to: attunements, activations, energy healing and spiritual healing, are not guaranteed. All sales are final, unless noted otherwise. Request for refund may be submitted as noted below.

Upon purchase of Akashic Records Clearing and/or DNA Activation(s) (“ARC/DNA”), the client will receive an email requesting information necessary for the completion of the ARC/DNA. The ARC/DNA will usually be completed within one week of receipt of information provided by the client via email.

If the client fails to provide the information requested within 72 hours of placing the order, a reminder email will be sent, requesting information necessary to completed the ARC/DNA. If the client does not respond and provide said information necessary to perform the ARC/DNA and fails to contact Deena Douglas and/or Ultimate Energy Therapy, please refer to (a) through (d) below:

(a) If the client has failed to provide information necessary for the ARC/DNA to be performed and/or decides not to have the ARC/DNA done, a refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase. A full refund, less a $25 processing fee, will be issued within 10 business days of the request for refund.

(b) If the ARC/DNA has been completed, no refund will be issued. Clients may address any concerns about their ARC/DNA by contacting Deena Douglas here.

(c) If the client has failed to provide information necessary for the ARC/DNA to be performed and/or decides not to have the ARC/DNA done, and it is over 30 days, but within one year, of date of purchase, client may receive credit in the amount of their purchase. Credit will be valid for one year from date of original purchase.

(d) If the client has failed to provide information necessary for the ARC/DNA to be performed and/or decides not to have the ARC/DNA done, and it is over one year from the date of purchase, client forfeits their payment and all rights and entitlement to said ARC/DNA for which payment was received. No refund or credit will be issued after one year from the date of purchase.

Coaching Programs

Coaching programs may be canceled at the end of the coaching month. If one chooses not to finish their coaching month, they agree to forfeit their remaining sessions for that coaching month. If the cancellation takes place before the end of the agreed-upon coaching term (e.g. 3 months, 6 months), the coaching fees will be pro-rated at the higher rate, for the coaching term appropriate for the length of time spent in coaching. Payment for any additional coaching fees will be billed on or before the cessation of the coaching.

Special Offers

As we hold a number of special offers at various times, we must adhere to our policy that products and program prices, sales, special discounts, free trials, and the like are valid only for the dates and deadlines upon which they are offered, so they are not valid on previous or future purchases. We don’t make exceptions to this policy as it would not be fair practice to do so.

Spiritual Transformation Breakthrough Program

Free trials of any length are valid for NEW members only. Previous members who discontinued the program are ineligible for any free trials. Anyone who has been in the Spiritual Transformation Breakthrough Program, either as part of a free trial or as a paid member, may resume their Spiritual Transformation Breakthrough Program at the current monthly rate.
