Who do you work with?
Deena’s clients are most often on a spiritual path; open to alternative forms of healing; and are often healers themselves.

How do I get started?
Please make your selections from the Healing Services page and complete your transaction through our secure shopping cart.

What does the healing session include?
This depends on which healing service(s) you choose. Each healing service page has a complete description of that healing modality and what it includes.

Can I work with you when I live in another part of the country, or in a different country?
Yes! Deena works with clients worldwide by Distance Healing, email, telephone and Skype.

What can I expect from my healing session?
For a step-by-step description of what you can expect from your healing session, please read “How Does Spiritual Healing Work?”.

When will the healing session begin?
After your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with instructions for your healing session.

DNA Activations and Akashic Records Clearing are done by distance and usually will be completed within a week of receiving your email with the list of issues you’d like researched and cleared. You’ll receive an email with your research notes after your 24-Strand DNA Activation and Clearing has been completed.

Reiki & Rehael Energy Healing Attunements include a certificate and instruction manual, which are shipped via Priority Mail within the US and First Class outside of the US. Reiki & Rehael Energy Healing Attunements are done over the telephone and will be scheduled to allow enough time for you to receive the manual, certificates and symbols by mail. ($6.95 for shipping will be added upon checkout. There is only ONE shipping fee, regardless of how many attunements you purchase at one time.)

Will my personal information be kept confidential?
Yes, absolutely. All information provided by clients, whether by email, telephone or in writing, will be held in the strictest confidence. A signed release is required prior to releasing any personal information to another person, unless required by law.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind before any healing work has been done, just contact Deena at deena@deenadouglas.com, and you’ll receive a full refund.

What if I want to pay by check or money order?
If you would rather pay by money order or personal check, please mail to: Deena Douglas, Ultimate Energy Therapy, 1001 Cooper Point Road SW, Suite 140-245, Olympia, WA 98502. Please be sure to include your email address.
