Imagine how different your life could be 75 days from now...

If you spend the next 2 1/2 months making your health and personal and spiritual growth a priority, you will…

"A dream is a vision, a goal is a promise. You can keep your promises to yourself by remaining flexible, focused and committed."
~Denis Waitley

What is the 75 Spiritual Challenge?

The 75 Spiritual Challenge was inspired by the 75 Hard Challenge* that has been so popular.

The idea behind 75 Hard is a good one, and I know that a lot of people have benefited from it. But the energy I felt from the word, “hard,” and even the intention behind the challenge just didn’t feel in alignment with me.

I get it: Commit to doing something difficult every single day for 75 days straight, and at the end, if you make it through the 75 days, you will have more confidence.

The confidence comes from your keeping the promise you made to yourself…. Because you kept your word and followed through.

But just maybe there’s another way to get there.

If you are familiar with the Law of Attraction, you know that we attract to us people and experiences that are in energetic alignment with our thoughts, feelings and beliefs (both conscious and subconscious).

So, the idea of committing to 75 days of doing hard things was *not* where I wanted to put my energy and focus.

I want my energy and focus to be on ease and flow and synchronicity.

And when we make a promise to ourselves and keep it, our self-esteem will increase. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a really difficult or painful thing that we’re doing as long as we do what we set out to do and keep our word to ourselves.

So I wondered, “What if we took the idea of 75 Hard and instead applied it to spiritual growth?”

And the 75 Spiritual Challenge was born. 🙂

Have a burning question?
Here's what others have asked...

The Challenge officially kicked off on April 1, 2023; however this will be an ongoing challenge so please jump in and join us! 🙂

Yes! This is an online challenge. You can participate from anywhere on the planet!

I chose to make this a 75-day challenge because this is a spiritual growth version of the original 75 hard challenge.

However, there is science behind it as well. In 2010 Phillippa Lally, a health psychology researcher at University College London, published a study in the European Journal of Social Psychology showing that it takes an average of 2 months for us to create a habit; however it can take more or less time depending on the habit.

75 days is most likely long enough to incorporate a new habit; however it’s also a short enough length of time that most people feel able to commit without too much resistance or overwhelm, which increases one’s likelihood of success.

None. The focus of the challenge is personal and spiritual growth.

You’re welcome to work out as much or as little as you like; however it is not included as part of the 75 Spiritual Challenge.

Consistency is key to developing a habit.

Be honest with yourself about why you’re doing this and what you want to accomplish at the end of 75 days.

If you really want to make lasting change and transform your life, then keep your commitment to yourself, and complete all of the activities every day. And if you miss a day for some reason, then restart at Day One.

Don’t beat yourself up. Just restart and move on. As Andy says, “You don’t accomplish anything great by changing the rules in your favor just to check the box.”

The short answer is: no.

The long answer is actually a question: Why are you doing this challenge?

If you’re already thinking about changing the daily activities, then as yourself why. Are you lacking the confidence in your ability to do it?

There’s an expression, “How you do anything is how you do everything.”

Are there other areas in your life where you compromise or tell yourself you can’t do it?

This challenge is a microcosm of what you do in your life and how you show up (or don’t show up).

This is an opportunity for you to become aware of ways you may not be showing up in your life the way you’d like to, and making a different decision as you move forward.

It’s entirely up to you; however that’s where you’ll be able to connect with other people doing the Challenge, and get support and accountability.

Just send me a message using the chat box in the bottom left corner of the page or send me an email, and I’ll get back to you.

*If you’re not familiar with the 75 Hard Challenge, it is a 75-day challenge that was started in 2020 by Andy Frisella. It focuses on diet and exercise, with the intention of being “hard” to build one’s grit and confidence after completing the difficult challenge.
