There is a brief introduction at the beginning of the audio, to make it easy for you to do this process as often as you would like for any energetic blockages that are coming up for you.
This process can be done for almost any limiting thought, feeling or belief, with the exception of anxiety.
You can repeat this process for the same blockage, as often it’s like peeling layers of an onion. There may be more than one experience that is causing or contributing to how you’re feeling.
I recommend doing this process one time and then allowing yourself some time for integrating the energetic shift. After a week or so, if you still feel like there’s something there, repeat the process.
