What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology (pronounced kin-e-z-ology) is a natural healing modality, which allows you to achieve your optimum potential. It can transform your health, increase your inner peace, enrich your relationships, expand your prosperity and success, and help you to grow as a person, embracing life to the fullest.
Kinesiology, often called ‘muscle testing,’ brings you closer to achieving your goals and enhances your life in general. It provides a way for you to bypass your conscious mind, and to access instead, the remarkable wisdom of your higher self. Muscle testing provides a profound opportunity for healing and personal transformation. It is an excellent biofeedback tool to help identify and release energy blocks, and realign your energy system for the outcomes you want.
Using muscle testing, we are able to identify the blockage — the precise limiting, life- depleting thought, feeling or belief which is causing your distress and/or preventing you from achieving your goals. We then determine the location of the blockage (e.g. chakra, meridian, or other energy system) and the most effective Energy Healing technique to release it from your energy system.
With muscle testing, we can identify accurately the source of the limitation and specifically which Energy Healing technique will eliminate the blockage from your energy system. With Kinesiology, you are empowered because the answers come from within.

Long-Distance & Surrogate Muscle Testing
An invaluable tool of Kinesiology is ‘long-distance’ or ‘surrogate’ muscle testing, in which another person is used as a surrogate for the client. Just as energy (like radio waves) can travel over distances, so can the energy of thought. This allows testing to be done on people who may be thousands of miles away. The theory behind this method is that the surrogate is “taking over the energy pattern” of the client.
In private sessions, I am able to act as a surrogate, and access information from your energy system and higher self. This facilitates the Energy Coaching session. Through surrogate muscle testing, I am able to confirm with your energy system the specific limitation, where it is located in your energy system, and which is the best Energy Healing process to release it.
