What Is Spiritual Response Therapy?
Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) is a precise, research-based spiritual healing method that works at the level of the subconscious mind and the soul’s records, commonly known as the Akashic Records.
SRT is designed to identify and clear the underlying energetic patterns, beliefs, and imprints that influence how we think, feel, behave and experience life. These patterns often operate below conscious awareness, yet they can affect our health, relationships, emotional wellbeing and sense of purpose.
By working directly with the subconscious and the Akashic Records, SRT allows us to release discordant or limiting energies and restore greater clarity, alignment and ease across all levels — spiritual, mental, emotional and physical.

How Spiritual Response Therapy Works
SRT works by bypassing the conscious mind and accessing deeper levels of awareness where long-standing patterns are stored.
Using muscle response testing (often with the support of a pendulum as a movement amplifier) and a structured system of charts, the practitioner communicates with guidance from higher levels of consciousness, often referred to as the High Self in SRT. I refer to them as my Spiritual Team. 😊
This process allows for accurate research into the subconscious and the Akashic Records to determine what is most ready and appropriate to be cleared.
Through this research process, SRT can identify:
- Subconscious beliefs and programs that are currently impacting your life
- Energetic imprints from childhood and past life experiences
- Ancestral or soul-level patterns
- Residual, self-limiting energies held in the Akashic Records
Once identified, these programs can be cleared and released, allowing the system to reorganize around more supportive, coherent energies.
The process is gentle, non-invasive, and does not require re-experiencing past pain.

I was fortunate to study Spiritual Response Therapy and Spiritual Restructuring directly with Robert E. Detzler, the developer of these modalities. At the time, I lived in the same area where he taught, which allowed me to complete my training with him in person.
Robert has since passed, and I hold deep appreciation for having learned these methods directly from their source. That training continues to inform the precision, integrity, and depth of the work I offer today.

No. While both work with the Akashic Records, SRT is a clearing process, not a reading. Rather than receiving information alone, SRT focuses on researching and releasing subconscious and soul-level energies that are ready to be cleared.
My SRT work is done remotely. After you place your order, you’ll complete a brief intake form (or email your information, if you prefer). I then complete your clearing privately, working directly with your Akashic Records and higher guidance. Once your clearing is complete, you’ll receive a detailed PDF outlining the programs and energies that were cleared.
Clearings are typically completed within approximately two weeks of receiving your information. Once finished, you’ll receive your written summary by email.
SRT is a spiritual healing modality that supports wellbeing but is not a replacement for medical or mental health care when needed. It can be a powerful complementary process.
No specific belief system is required. An open mind and willingness to receive the work is sufficient.

SpR works to correct energetic imbalances that can affect the body’s structure, organs, glands, and systems. This includes releasing stress patterns and body-held memories that may be contributing to imbalance or discomfort.
